3 pitted Medjool dates
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp of almond butter
1 tsp of cacao powder
1 tsp of açaí powder
1 tsp of activated charcoal powder
1 tsp of hemp powder
1 cup oat milk
Mix all the ingredients together in a blender and enjoy!
