A quick and healthy breakfast you can pretty much inhale on your way to work. Or take your time with it to really start your day on a good note. It’s easy to make and full of ingredients to get your brain going. 

Cacao is rich in magnesium which is essential for a healthy brain. Açaí powder is packed with antioxidants that can help build up your immune system and protect your cells. It’s also full of fibre, omega-3 fatty acids and calcium. Activated charcoal help to clear toxins from your body and hemp helps maintain energy levels as well as being high in protein.

2 bananas

3 pitted Medjool dates

1/2 cup oats

1 tbsp of almond butter

1 tsp of cacao powder

1 tsp of açaí powder

1 tsp of activated charcoal powder

1 tsp of hemp powder

1 cup oat milk

Mix all the ingredients together in a blender and enjoy!
